Shipping Policy

We ship to destinations throughout the United States and Canada. All orders are processed and fulfilled on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The applicable shipping rate will be displayed prior to the completion of your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipment. We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order that cannot be verified or that does not meet our fulfillment requirements. Once an order has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the address provided at checkout.

Shipment Tracking

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take some time to become active in the carrier's system after the shipment notification is sent.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time unless otherwise stated.

Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-shipment.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us promptly so that we may initiate an investigation with the carrier. We will work diligently to resolve the matter in accordance with the carrier's claims process.
